Damaged Products

If any product is found damaged, defective, or broken at the time of delivery, we offer a return or exchange.

The issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.

The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.

Exchange Policy

Once the damaged product is received and inspected, we will arrange an exchange for the same item (subject to availability).

If the same item is not available, an alternative product or refund may be offered.
